"Just a quick note before we head out to start our journey in the morning. I would like to say thank you to you for the wonderful service you have given us to date. You may know our friends have chosen another company for their van - and are already regretting their decision somewhat when we talk to them about our experiences with you. We hear things like "our van doesn't have that".. these are little things, but they are amazed that you will meet us at our hotel (and at our convenience!) - their company will not - their drop-off arrangements are complex - ours are not.. and for this peace of mind we have for us having made the right decision and the things you are doing to make our experience a positive one, we thank you! It's this "big picture" that is priceless! We are very grateful."
