"If I could give Kenrick 100 out of 10 I would. We rented one of his vans for 30 days and from the very first email I felt more than happy, in fact his sense of humour added to the pleasure! On a more serious note, the service you get from New Zealand Frontiers is over and above anything one could possibly imagine. The van was immaculate and the introduction to the ins and outs was easy and sympathetically explained! We had the odd query on our travels and it was great to have an instant response to our free call. You can keep the big companies, their service and care is way below New Zealand Frontiers. Right down to my stupidity in claiming the wrong stored suitcase. Kenrick was busy preparing a van for the next day but without a grumble bought out the right case to us at the airport. You are a complete star Mr Mitchell... and we have enjoyed our camper van experience more than we can ever say. So folks, if you are after a two man van, look no further.
