"My husband and I rented a camper van from New Zealand Frontiers in March 2012. We highly recommend this company. The customer service was top notch. I reserved the van in October 2011 for our trip. It was very easy to communicate with the company via e-mail before our trip. Once there Mr. Mitchell delivered our camper van to our hotel. He gave us a very thorough explanation of how to operate the van and driving laws in New Zealand. He also gave us great recommendations on where to go and how much distance we could probably cover in a day. The camper van was very comfortable and well equipped. It was also easy to drive. We had a great vacation and were able to stay in many wonderful places. We highly recommend New Zealand Frontiers. The customer service we received was outstanding. The van was great. We are planning to return to New Zealand next year and we are definitely considering renting from this company again."
