"We were two couples hiring two campervans and we searched the internet and found New Zealand Frontiers. This is not the first time we have rented campervans as we hired in Australia the year before. How glad we did, this is a first-class operation--no question about it. Owner Kenrick is fully committed to ensuring that you have an absolutely wonderful experience his customer service is second to none. Kenrick was very professional in the way he answers emails immediately and courteously. Then, on the day we picked up the campervan, he took the time to explain every detail concerning the vehicle and how to operate it properly and even stored our suitcases while we were on holiday for the thirty days. The campervans we rented were in mint condition--spotless and fully operational. We had one small problem with the battery but a call to Kenrick and the problem was solved. We were sad to leave it behind when our rental period expired. Thanks for everything Kenrick. We hope to be back one day!"
