Hubby and I spent 10 days in New Zealand and we drove a New Zealand Frontiers van from Wellington- Auckland, visiting a number of places on the way. We had the best holiday, with the van having everything exactly what we needed for the trip including wine glasses, and not needing to plug in to power the whole trip was testament to its quality. From first contact we felt reassured and well looked after. Looking at other hiring options, the costs added up to where we started to feel nervous of quality, but looking at Kenrick's options it worked out, for us, very reasonable, with all the benefits of service and care. Kenrick was extremely accommodating, from pick up to drop off. Gave us a thorough tour of the van and never felt uncomfortable with using it, driving it or calling if we any issues - in which we never needed to! Kenrick provided a drive around Wellington on pick up which helped with confidence to drive in city areas plus provided as a fantastic overview of New Zealand and was knowledgeable in New Zealand's history, areas and locations. Kenrick even assisted me with trying to return an item to me from Auckland airport and was willing to deliver back to us. Even searched high and low for a lost item in the van at drop off! We felt very reassured while travelling around, and it is comforting to know we had a contact if we needed. We are already planning our next drive around North Island with a van from New Zealand Frontiers next year! Don’t hesitate to hire from New Zealand Frontiers, worth the small cost difference - the vans are above and beyond the rest, comfortable, extremely clean and functioning - even had other campers wanting to look inside and wishing they had gone with New Zealand Frontiers! We are now looking at the same camper to purchase back home, and this big coming from avid caravanners. Thanks New Zealand Frontiers for a great holiday!
