"We thought that this small company was excellent. From the time we made email contact, Kenrick made great efforts to smooth our arrival. The van was delivered exactly on time and in top condition. A lengthy explanation period followed, and to our delight there was a birthday gift in the fridge. We had a problem with the fridge after some rough roads, but a phone call to the man quickly set it right. Kenrick later compensated us for our worries without being asked. At the end, he then delivered us to our hotel. We have used several companies in the past and would rate this as our best experience and recommend New Zealand Frontiers without reservation."
