"Recently we had a short (10 days) trip in a New Zealand Frontiers Motorhome. Our whole experience from the time of our first inquiry was nothing short of brilliant. Even though we were hunting for the best price and chopping and changing our minds several times, Kenrick was extremely courteous in all communications with us. Any questions we had were answered fully and the information that he gave us was excellent. We spent our time in the Northland and utilized a lot of what Kenrick suggested. The motorhome was in pristine condition when we were met at the airport and the orientation we were given was thorough and comprehensive. The vehicle never missed a beat as we travelled the 1600kms and we loved the complimentary GPS and especially the Kruse commentaries. The Kruse (we called it Kenrick) gave wonderful background information on the localities that we were entering and, on quite a few occasions, we followed his suggestions to take a deviation or stop at a particular spot. All in all we couldn't fault the service or the vehicle and next time we are back we will definitely be using Kenrick and New Zealand Frontiers."
