"This was our first campervan experience and we were a bit uncertain about how it would turn out. We rented it for a 24-day trip and we are so glad we chose New Zealand Frontiers. Kenrick Mitchell provides an excellent service. He taught us patiently at his place how every detail of the vehicle works (which is easy, in case you are hesitating!). The campervan was extremely clean and perfectly equipped. Kenrick was at the other side of the phone and eager to answering our e-mails every time we needed something from him. He even called us when he found out that our ferry to the South Island was being delayed. He picked us up at the airport and even kept part of our luggage at our demand, which he delivered once the rental ended at the indicated hotel. You will find all kind of extras like this at no cost included in the deal. This is not a huge company interested in its profit margin. It is a small business run by a friendly, hard-working man trying to deliver the best user experience he can. On the other hand, a campervan is the best way to travel across New Zealand. So if we are ever lucky enough to come back, this company would be our first choice for sure. Can't recommend it enough."
