Kenrick operates a top-class business - combining professional and friendly service with excellently maintained and spotlessly clean motorhomes! 1 - Friendly and quick responses to my initial e-mail enquiries. 2 - Friendly and quick responses to my questions after I'd booked and upon returning home. 3 - Meeting us at the airport (even though our flight was delayed). 4 - Going over the operation and functions of the van in detail (in the comfort of his own place). 5 - The spotlessly clean and detailed van with comfortable bedding. 6 - A van the perfect size for two people (and easy to navigate New Zealand’s beautiful winding roads). 7 - The extras - a road map book, DVDs, GPS (more on that next), chairs, table, coffee press etc (included in the rental price). 8 - The GPS with the Maori cultural explanations, legends and historical facts that made the trip a richer experience for us. 9 - The debrief when we returned the van. 10 - Kenrick personally driving us back to the airport for the next leg of our adventure.
